Source and screen candidates for overseas projects across construction, MEP, logistics, hospitality, oil & gas, facility management, and professional roles
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, documentation, and mobilization
Conduct preliminary interviews and trade screening (where applicable)
Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal operations teams on manpower requirements
Ensure compliance with overseas recruitment regulations, visa processes, and documentation standards
Support bulk hiring drives, trade tests, and client interviews (virtual and onsite)
Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers, and daily/weekly MIS
Build and manage candidate pipelines across India, Asia, Africa, and other sourcing regions
Handle candidate communication, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination
1–5 years of experience in overseas recruitment / international staffing
Strong sourcing skills for blue-collar and white-collar positions
Knowledge of Gulf recruitment processes, visa documentation, and mobilization cycles
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work on tight deadlines and multiple requirements simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and recruitment platforms
Experience working with bulk hiring, trade tests, and project-based recruitment is a strong advantage
