Senior Manager - Assessment Design & Delivery

What you’ll deliver
• You'll collaborate with colleagues across Talent Management and the wider HRD team to manage and project-manage assessment activities at all levels, overseeing assessors and coordinators to ensure business and project requirements are met.
• You’ll implement the organisation-wide talent assessment and development process, training and supporting Talent Partners and Line Managers through workshops and guidance on best practices, ethical considerations, data use, and confidentiality to ensure a consistent approach to assessments.
• You’ll support the Head of Assessment in implementing innovative processes and technology, ensuring robust, high-quality assessment and development practices, evaluating the reliability and validity of tools, quality assuring processes, and reviewing data to drive continuous improvement and deliver outcomes aligned with DA’s strategic objectives.
• You’ll work closely with business departments, Talent Management, and the wider HRD teams to design and deliver assessment and development solutions, liaising with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and the Head of Assessment to identify talent, support growth, and meet both business-as-usual and change program requirements.
• You’ll provide evaluation and progress reports to the Head of Assessment, and implement and maintain DA’s Values & Behaviours Framework and technical competencies through assessment and development tools, updating them as needed to meet organisational requirements.
What you bring
• You’ll be educated to a bachelors degree level with overall experience of 7-10 years.
• You’ll have Level A and P Occupational Testing, specifically Saville, Hogan & MBTI qualifications with core experience in assessment design and delivery.
• You’ll be applying business acumen, financial knowledge, and project management expertise to design and manage assessment and development processes, lead assessor teams, use psychological testing, engage stakeholders, drive innovation, and support organisational objectives.
