As a Specialist in Family Medicine, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services, including the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of medical conditions affecting individuals and families.
You will play a crucial role in promoting preventative healthcare, chronic illness management, and comprehensive care tailored to the diverse needs of the patient population.
Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests on patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Create personalized treatment plans and educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital protocols Participate in community health initiatives and patient education programs Stay updated on advancements in family medicine Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Medical degree and valid medical license as a Specialist in Family Medicine in the UAE Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a family medicine setting, preferably in a government or large healthcare organization Strong patient assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team Knowledge of the UAE healthcare system and public health policies is an advantage Continuous professional development and a proactive approach to learning and improvement in family medicine
