About the team: Our Agency Partnership team is responsible for driving sustained revenue growth and ad product usage across agencies in Central and Eastern Europe. This includes creating and nurturing strategic partnerships, informing and equipping agencies with the latest knowledge about TikTok ad solutions, uncovering win-win growth opportunities, driving commercial success and positioning TikTok as a premier business partner. Responsibilities:
- Nurture, forecast and track revenue performance across the agency portfolio
- Drive solutions uptake and usage via agencies in line with TikTok quarterly product objectives
- Develop agency growth and partnership strategies in line with overall Sales objectives and TikTok Agency strategy
- Develop and lead agency engagement initiatives - education, strategic programs, etc. - within assigned agency book of business
- Support the TikTok Commercial team on the negotiation, rollout and maintenance of commercial agreements
- Engage with internal TikTok teams across sales, monetization strategy, product, marketing and legal in order to execute growth and partnership strategies
- Provide cross-functional teams and organization at large with pertinent market intelligence captured through agency relationships
- Support agencies in developing new revenue streams through TikTok services Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in the media agency ecosystem in Central and Eastern Europe, with strong understanding of digital media platforms and ad solutions.
- Proven ability to manage revenue growth, book of business attainment, and work with agency/client C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing data, delivering insights, and formulating market strategies to drive results.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support international business needs.
- High oral fluency in Russian and English is required, as the role involves direct commercial engagement with a portfolio of agencies and business partners across Central and Eastern Europe and the broader METAP region, where Russian is a primary working language for client communication and relationship management. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in MarTech and AdTech.
- Experience in media planning.
- Experience working with Creative ecosystem partners.
