About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Ambassador to join Jumeirah Al Qasr.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Maintain strong knowledge of the hotel, including all departments, services, and F&B outlets.
Coordinate VIP arrivals by reviewing daily reports, liaising with departments, and ensuring appropriate recognition and service delivery.
Build and manage relationships with high-profile VIP guests, maintaining updated guest profiles, preferences, and special requests.
Collaborate closely with key departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Ensure high service quality by handling guest feedback, driving business opportunities, and contributing to revenue and engagement initiatives.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Fluency in English is required; Russian language skills are desirable.
Experience in hospitality, guest services, or F&B operations, ideally in luxury hotels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with VIP guests.
Organized, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively across hotel departments.
