We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented Admin / Personal Assistant to manage daily administrative tasks and represent our company professionally. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk operations and welcome clients professionally
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Assist management with administrative and coordination tasks
- Maintain office discipline, cleanliness coordination, and supplies
- Support HR tasks such as attendance and basic staff coordination
- Liaise with vendors, couriers, and service providers
