Job Details

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented Admin / Personal Assistant to manage daily administrative tasks and represent our company professionally. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk operations and welcome clients professionally

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence

  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments

  • Assist management with administrative and coordination tasks

  • Maintain office discipline, cleanliness coordination, and supplies

  • Support HR tasks such as attendance and basic staff coordination

  • Liaise with vendors, couriers, and service providers


Skills

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred

  • Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Polite, confident, and positive attitude

  • Good English communication skills (Urdu/Hindi is a plus)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)

  • Previous admin/front desk experience is a plus
