Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Executive (Female) to join our growing Media & Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our digital marketing services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (business owners & companies)
- Present and sell company services (Digital Marketing, Social Media, Branding, Media Production, Web/App Development, Ads)
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Build long-term relationships with clients
Skills
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center (media/marketing preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident, polite, and professional phone manner
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (training will be provided)
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Good English communication skills (Urdu/Hindi is a plus)
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM)
