We are looking for an ICT BIM Modellers for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Dubai, UAE

Notice: 1 month or less

Qualification and Experience Required:

• ICT BIM Modellers with strong capability in BIM production (ICT/airport experience) and coordination across multiple trades.


• Client is specifically looking for a candidate who is capable to produce BIM designs mandatorily (should be proficient on BIM software).


• Should be technically sound – production experience is very important and should also have experience of coordinate with other departments/teams such as structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical on ICT & Airport (SAS) systems.


• Mandatory proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.)


• Strong technical and production experience in BIM modeling


• Hands-on experience in ICT systems, preferably in airport projects


• International project experience is mandatory


• Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for ICT and Airport Systems (SAS)


• Produce high-quality BIM design deliverables (models, drawings, documentation)


• Ensure models are accurate and aligned with project and construction requirements


• Coordinate ICT designs with Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical teams


• Participate in multi-trade coordination and clash detection/resolution
