Key Responsibilities Source and pursue new client leads across relevant industries in the UAE Pitch Division50’s creative, digital, and AI-driven services to key decision-makers Customize proposals and sales presentations based on client needs and budgets Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing Coordinate with internal production and strategy teams to ensure deal alignment Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Competitive base salary plus commission on closed deals Performance-based incentives Opportunity for long-term collaboration based on results Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management Proven experience in lead generation and selling digital marketing or tech services Strong professional network within the UAE market, especially in marketing, media, or tech Excellent verbal and written communication skills Results-oriented with a strong closing mindset Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus Based in Dubai, UAE, with a valid residency visa Available for in-person client meetings when needed
