The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
Conduct regular reconciliations of all accounts, including bank statements, to maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities while providing variance analysis of financial performance against targets.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations in all financial practices.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for strategic business decisions.
Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting or a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations relevant to the region and industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
