Tier One, Western-managed fit-out contractor in Dubai is seeking
experienced Project Engineers and Site Engineers to join its growing delivery team.
They specialise in
high-end commercial, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use fit-out projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities - Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fit-out works on site
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure quality, safety, and programme compliance
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
- Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
- Support project schedules, progress reporting, and snagging/handovers
- Ensure works are carried out in line with HSE and QA/QC requirements
Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
- 3–7 years’ experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of finishes, MEP coordination, and site execution
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage
