Are you a Intermediate Planner / Senior Planner based in the UAE with Build & Civil Engineering experience on 1 Billion AED type projects please READ ON. Reporting into the Project Planning manager you will take responsibility for a large package of the Civil Works on site.
This scope ranges from Pre-Cast Elements, Reinforced Concrete Structures & Sub Structures, Shafts, Beams & Slabs.
With 35 + Cranes on site the pours and sequencing for the concrete activity is off the scale. This project has a day shift & night so the critical path is key.

Following is ESSENTIAL as per the clients wishes: - Analytical, methodical approach to planning & engineering
- Degree Educated - Civil Engineering
- 5 years minimum UAE main contracting experience in a Planner / Senior Planner capacity
- P6 / Primavera software experience
- Delay Analysis experience and an interest to handling EOT's
- Able to client face if called upon
- Capable to handle a small team
