Role Description

This role will be responsible for overseeing the Planning Teams on-site and also in Preconstruction activities.
Full responsibility for forecasting and resource management of direct labour
workforce across delivered projects.
Producing weekly productivity analysis and review reports.
Identifying and recommending corrective actions across projects.
Ensuring project wide compliance with company procedures, protocols, reporting and forecasting requirements, providing periodic dashboard project status reports to stakeholders.
Earned value progressing and forecasting overview of live project programmes. Identifying and managing project risk profiles.
Ensure project milestones are met.
Collaborate with Clients and Stakeholders and Senior Management on Planning matters

The candidate:

Ideally Minimum 15 years Project Planning, Scheduling, and Management skills with Main Contractors in the GCC.

Be able to show experience of successfully managing teams of up to 15 planners of various levels.
Preference will be given to Candidates with UAE Construction market experience.

Experience in using P6 software whilst having a practical approach to Planning.

Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
