We’re seeking an experienced
Estimating Manager ( Joinery / Fitout ) to lead our estimating team and oversee tendering for high‑quality commercial and residential fitout projects. This is a key leadership position for someone who combines technical expertise with commercial insight and a passion for precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the estimating team to deliver accurate, competitive tenders
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to prepare detailed cost plans and BOQs
- Manage supplier and subcontractor pricing and maintain up‑to‑date cost databases
- Collaborate with design, production, and project teams to ensure estimates reflect buildability and programme requirements
- Oversee tender submissions and support client presentations and negotiations
- Improve estimating processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What You’ll Bring
