This Main Contracting business expect a Commercial lead to be across pre & post contract handling letting of sub-contracts, contract administration , numbers, cost versus actual, client facing and working alongside the Project Director handling P&L.

- 2 residential towers G+35
- Bespoke FIDIC contract
- 29 Month program
- M/contractors client is a Luxury Developer associated with quality developments in the region
Responsibilities on site - Guide, manage and mentor team of Quantity Surveyors
- Add input at pre & post contract stages
- Liaise with external suppliers, sub-contractors and end clients for contract terms, agreements and EOT's
- Present monthly and quarterly figures to the management team
- Work with the Project Director & site team
Criteria
- Degree Educated - Quantity Surveying
- MRICS desired but not 100% essential
- 10 Years Post Graduate experience
- Been a No1 on site in the UAE for an established Main Contractor handling relevant Building schemes
- Clear experience handling FIDIC contracts
- 85% of working career must have been working for Main Contractors

- Clear experience to claims preparation and contractual engagement. Can you lead and influence the strategy on site or with the client ?
Salary: - Up to 63,500 AED All in Per Month for exceptional candidates matching all the criteria
