The Role Due to continued growth across the UAE, the company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / PQS (RICS) to join their Dubai team. The successful candidate will be responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties across a range of building projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of cost management and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and tender documents.
- Undertake measurement and valuation of works (both pre- and post-contract).
- Administer contracts and manage variations.
- Conduct value engineering and cost analysis.
- Prepare progress reports and financial statements.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Requirements - Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- RICS accredited or currently working towards RICS accreditation.
- 4+ years' experience
- Experience across building sectors such as hospitality, residential, or commercial developments preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-facing approach.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Dubai.
