Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple High End Residential/Villa schemes.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leadership
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Leading Luxury Residential projects for Contracting Companies - Main or Interior Fit out.
  • Minimum 15 years overall experience working for Contractors.
  • Degree educated with ideally 3 to 5 years UAE construction know how.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
