We are excited to announce the launch of a new flagship project , and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our dynamic team.
At KAIZEN, we are dedicated to creating vibrant, sustainable communities that provide exceptional living experiences for our residents.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee community management , including financial management, maintenance, and resident experience.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws .
Monitor service providers’ performance , ensuring adherence to company SLAs and KPIs.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize and grow the buildings under management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Lead initiatives focused on sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration .
Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, vendors, and authorities .
Regularly assess building operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients .
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments .

Training & Development Health Care Plan Performance Incentive Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners association management.
certification in property management or owners association management (e.
g., CMCA, M100, PCAM).
Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Technologically sawy with experience in property management software.
