Manage and oversee all daily accounting operations including revenues, expenses, payroll, and supplier payments
• Prepare monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and present clear insights to management
• Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS), food cost, beverage cost, and operational expenses to ensure healthy profit margins
• Control cash flow and ensure the business maintains strong financial stability.
• Implement internal controls to prevent errors, fraud, or financial leakage.
• Review invoices, contracts, and purchase orders before approval.
• Perform periodic inventory audits and investigate any variances.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve profitability.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE tax regulations, VAT requirements, and financial policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare required documentation.
• Develop financial processes that support operational efficiency and future expansion.
