SearchPlus HR invites applications for the role of Junior Consultant Neonatologist in the private healthcare sector.

Your responsibilities will include working under the mentorship of seasoned neonatologists while collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure positive health outcomes for infants in need of specialized intervention.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and manage newborns in need of intensive care, providing timely and appropriate medical interventions.
Conduct thorough physical examinations and work closely with the healthcare team to formulate effective treatment plans.
Actively participate in daily rounds and care coordination, advocating for the best interests of your patients.
Maintain open lines of communication with families regarding their child's health status and care journey.
Engage in continuous medical education and training to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.
Contribute to ongoing research and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K Benefits are Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance Doctor of Medicine degree with a completed residency in Pediatrics.
Fellowship in Neonatology is preferred but not a strict requirement for this junior role.
Prior clinical experience in a neonatal unit or relevant pediatric setting is advantageous.
Strong desire to learn and provide quality care to a vulnerable patient population.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and families.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and diligence.
