The Role? As a Senior Pipeline Engineer at EnerMech, you will lead the design, analysis, and delivery of pipeline projects from inception through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pipeline engineering, project management, and a thorough understanding of materials and methods used in pipeline construction and rehabilitation.
Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Lead and manage pipeline engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
Perform detailed design and engineering calculations for pipeline systems.
Evaluate and select materials for pipeline construction, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, inspectors, and construction crews.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential engineering challenges.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in pipeline engineering.

Training & Development 10+ years of relevant experience in pipeline engineering, with a strong portfolio of successful project deliveries.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent).
Proficient in pipeline design software and engineering tools (e.
g., AutoCAD, CAESAR II).
Strong understanding of pipeline integrity management and maintenance practices.
Ability to interpret codes and standards, such as ASME, API, and DNV.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
