SearchPlus HR is delighted to announce an opening for a Junior Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry.
This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their dental careers to join our innovative and caring team.
In this role, you will work under the guidance of experienced pediatric dentists to provide compassionate and comprehensive dental care to children.
As a Junior Specialist, you will assist in diagnosing and treating dental issues specifically related to pediatric patients, ensuring a friendly and comfortable environment that promotes positive dental experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in conducting dental examinations and assessing the oral health of pediatric patients.
Support the development and implementation of treatment plans tailored to children's dental needs.
Perform basic dental procedures under supervision, including preventive care and restorative treatments.
Engage with children and parents to provide education on oral hygiene, dental care, and preventive practices.
Utilize child-friendly techniques to create a welcoming atmosphere and manage anxiety.
Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in pediatric dentistry.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a high standard of patient care.

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree.
Completion of a residency in Pediatric Dentistry is preferred but not mandatory for junior roles.
Valid state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and their families.
Ability to exhibit empathy, patience, and professionalism when working with young patients.
Basic understanding of pediatric dental procedures and the growth and development of children's teeth.
Willingness to learn and grow within a pediatric dental setting.
Good teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with others in a clinical environment.
