SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant Hematologist to join a prestigious government hospital in the UAE.
This key role requires an expert in the diagnosis and management of hematological disorders to deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating with a skilled team of healthcare professionals.
As a Senior Consultant Hematologist, you will be responsible for overseeing complex cases, conducting thorough assessments, and formulating advanced treatment plans.
Your leadership will be crucial in guiding junior medical staff and contributing to the development of clinical protocols and research initiatives within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, obtaining detailed medical histories and performing extensive physical examinations specific to hematological conditions.
Order, interpret, and analyze complex diagnostic tests including bone marrow biopsies and specialized blood assays.
Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of hematological disorders, including but not limited to malignancies and congenital blood disorders.
Administer innovative treatment options, including chemotherapy, stem cell transplants, and novel therapeutic agents.
Mentor and supervise junior consultants and medical staff, fostering professional development and enhancing team performance.
Engage in patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications related to hematological health.
Contribute to clinical research initiatives and participate in the publication of research findings to further knowledge in hematology.
Ensure the maintenance of accurate patient records and compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews, and collaborative treatment planning discussions.
Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K Benefits are Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine followed by a fellowship in Hematology.
Board certification or eligibility in Hematology is highly desirable.
Extensive clinical experience in diagnosing and managing a variety of hematologic conditions.
Proven track record of leadership in a clinical setting, with experience mentoring junior staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong patient relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex clinical scenarios.
Commitment to ongoing professional development, education, and research in the field of hematology.
