We're looking for a Partnerships Operations Executive to join our Dubai team. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll be at the centre of our global partnerships ecosystem, the go-to person for frontline support and issue resolution for our commercial partners.

Responsibilities:
Partner Support & Operations
- Respond promptly to partner inquiries covering commissions, system performance, Money Manager accounts, Partner Portal access and general support queries.
- Set up new partner accounts and configure commission profiles accurately and efficiently within agreed SLAs.
- Calculate, reconcile, and audit partner rebates, ensuring accuracy and timely payouts.
- Manage escalations to senior managers where appropriate, ensuring swift resolution.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key metrics, including acquisition rates, trading volumes, conversion rates, and revenue contribution, to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor partner churn and retention patterns, flag at-risk partnerships early, and provide actionable insights to commercial teams to support re-engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits of commission and rebate data to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or process improvement opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Expertise
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams on commercial projects, using data to inform priorities and measure outcomes.
- Act as the subject-matter expert on partnership product offerings.
- Monitor activities and ensure alignment across Partnership and Operations teams.
- Contribute ongoing feedback and data-backed recommendations to management; participate actively in Group initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in partnerships or operations within financial services.
- Demonstrable experience working with data, building reports, analysing trends, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI and MT4 and MT5.
- Demonstrated reliability, self-motivation, and ability to manage competing priorities.
