Key Responsibilities: Experience in Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed project budgets, cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment, and provide accurate monthly forecasts.
Expertise in Cost Monitoring & Analysis: Track project expenditures against budgets, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
Familiar with Change Management: Review and manage project scope changes, variations, and change orders to ensure budgets remain aligned.
Knowledge of Reporting: Prepare comprehensive cost-control reports and project updates for management review.
Have exposure with Contractual & Financial Control: Review vendor invoices and subcontractor claim to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to optimize project profitability.
Qualification & Proficiency: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in cost control, estimation, and forecasting, preferably in construction or engineering industries.
Proficient in cost-tracking software (e.
g., MS Excel, ERP systems ); familiarity with Odoo & Xpedeon is a significant advantage Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to identify financial risks and cost-saving opportunities.
