You will manage end‑to‑end accounting for multiple clients while supporting essential administrative tasks. The role requires accuracy, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping for assigned clients.
- Maintain journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Support VAT calculations and filings under UAE VAT laws.
- Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing documents, coordinating schedules, and supporting office operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- ACCA qualified or currently pursuing ACCA.
- 3–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience; administrative experience is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts along with administrative responsibilities.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho, Xero, Sage, or similar.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Client‑focused approach and ability to work under deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
