Role Overview
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content while running advertising campaigns that generate real estate leads.
This role combines creative production + marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Film and edit property videos, reels & short-form content
- Create engaging real estate posts (educational, lifestyle & promotional)
- Write captions and hooks that attract buyers & investors
- Plan monthly content calendar
Platform Management
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn accounts
- Schedule and publish posts consistently
- Monitor messages, comments & inquiries
- Maintain brand identity and visual consistency
Paid Advertising (Meta Ads)
- Create and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Target audiences based on nationality, budget & buyer intent
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation
- Track CPL (Cost Per Lead) and performance metrics
Lead Coordination
- Qualify incoming leads
- Distribute leads to brokers
- Track conversion performance
Analytics & Reporting
- Weekly performance reports
- Analyze engagement, reach & conversion
- Improve strategy based on data
Requirements
- Experience in real estate marketing or similar industry
- Skilled in filming & editing (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe)
- Understanding of Dubai property market is a plus
- Fluent English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
