HR & Payroll Specialist

Estimated Salary: AED 12-14K + Single benefits: visa, medical ins, flight, bonus (discretionary)

Role Summary:



We are looking for a detail‑oriented HR professional specializing in payroll, compensation and benefits, HR systems, and cost control within international, matrix‑driven organizations.

The role demands a strong numerical mindset and the capability to manage HR data, organizational structures, cost centers, invoices, and vendor coordination. It also requires supporting payroll operations across multiple entities, countries, and currencies while ensuring compliance and maintaining seamless HR processes.

Required Profile:
3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR systemsExperience working in an international, multi-entity and/or matrix organizationExposure to payroll in multiple currencies and coordination with regional or external payroll providersExperience handling HR invoices, reconciliations, cost centers, and vendor coordinationComfortable working with HRIS, payroll platforms, and ExcelFormer work experience in the Oil & Gas, energy, engineering, or industrial services sector is an advantage and preferred
