2Job PurposeResponsible for end-to-end Project Management Activities related to a large scale Transformation Project and all the related Initiatives defined as pillars of the program.
The role delivers Project Management Outputs for the Transformation Program centralizing business, functional, operational and technical aspects of the Program.
The role requires the incumbent to plan, manage, execute, track and implement complex corporate banking functional and technology solutions including complex projects, and ensure delivery in line with customer expectation – internal and external-, within the base-lined schedule, budget and scope parameters; including but not limited to overseeing the testing strategy and execution, quality and compliance controls, and production stability after change movement.

4Key Result AreasOn top of the agenda is the creation of the Program Master Plan which has to incorporate all the initiatives defined as pillars of the program
Each Initiative should have a concrete Project Plan that will be part of the Consolidated Transformation Project Master Plan.
Defining - for each Initiative as well as for the consolidated plan - the milestones and necessary activities/tasks to be performed, proper allocation of resources and responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, critical paths and contingency actions for deviations.
Agreeing the master plan with stakeholders and presenting recommendations to the Steering Committee.
Should be able to coordinate the Plan executions including all steps of the process.
The steps to include the design, development, testing, roll out and stabilization.
Should be able to include activities that will complement the Transformation Program eg the building blocks of an Ecosystem
Should manage collaboration of the business case that will support the Program, its development and approval, also including Finance teams to provide the necessary funding. Each activity should be tracked in line with budget approved.
Reporting is a critical activity that should be performed with the highest standards, should be accurate, timely and well organized
Vendor Management: to be totally connected with all vendors participating in the program, coordinating their activities and outputs.
Should design the necessary project plans to engage customers in the process, following the defined customer journey initiative
Execute the Front to Back digitalization initiative, coordinating all the necessary areas of the Bank that should participate and contribute on it, including front, middle and back officeFacilitate the necessary project plans to assure a proper and integral integration of the ongoing digital initiatives of the bank to assure consistency and to avoid duplication of efforts.
The role has a Global Scope, to properly coordinate the participation of all the countries where the Bank has decided to implement the solution.
Should take ownership of each Governance instance defined to conduct the Program, including Steering Committees, Project and Working ones, as well as all working meetings that includes internal and external people participating in each of the initiatives of the program
The Governance Management includes the organization of the sessions, identification of the representatives of each area involved in the project, the preparation of the documents/materials for each session, the animation, the minutes, the identification of the action items, the reporting of the progress, deviation and mitigated actions. Also post sessions each action defined has to be tracked.
Provide extensive leadership in digital technology, including Continuous Delivery, Cloud Strategy, automation and key technology / vendor selections
Work closely with vendors to ensure solutions are technically compliant
Provide leadership and knowledge on agile implementation methodologies
Engage in Functional and technical solution design, build/integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of end-to-end solutions which meet business needs
Engage and partner with the business to understand requirements, ensure alignment to the strategy, principles and reference architecture, and assist in shaping the solution to achieve this
Keep up-to-date on new technology, standards, protocols and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment
Provide solutions and technology leadership across a range of corporate banking technologies including, but not limited to, Mobile/Web Frameworks, Portals, Web Content Management and Collaboration Platforms
Manage program and stakeholders from various business and Operations functional areas.
