Job Description:
• Develop and launch the institutional Performance Management Framework • Develop the strategic project management framework • Ensure the alignment of institutional performance management system with performance and project management framework • Oversees and monitors the strategic, operational, services performance indicators, government enablers’ indicators on a periodic basis and ensuring compatibility with federal government requirements. • Drive the implementation of the university's excellence framework, conducting self-assessments • Develop and launch the Manual for participation in Regional and international awards and certification, including awards identification, selection, validation, approval, and participation. • Support Units to conduct self-assessment, gap bridging activities, and final submission • Conduct change management to spread the excellence leading practices and develop success stories • Oversee improvement plans to enhance UAEU’s excellence ecosystem, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices. • Develop a career plan and mentor the department potential employee to select the future section head (in collaboration with HR)
Minimum Qualifications:
PhD
Experience/Skills:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in field of strategy, performance management, and Excellence. Relevant experience in Higher Education is required (at least 6 years)
Preferred Qualifications:
Business Administration.
