Technical & Operational Planning
Develop and execute detailed vessel, berth, yard, and resource plans to support safe, efficient, and on-time vessel and landside operations.
Apply deep understanding of terminal operating systems (TOS), stowage logic, bay sequencing, crane allocation, and yard strategy to optimize execution.
Support complex vessel operations including heavy lifts, OOG, DG, reefers, special cargo, and operational constraints.
Translate operational requirements into executable plans, ensuring alignment between Advance Planning, Berth Planning, Yard Strategy, and Control Room teams.
Proactively identify operational risks (yard congestion, crane conflicts, heavy bay exposure, resource shortages) and implement mitigation strategies.
Productivity & Performance Optimization
Actively support achievement of productivity KPIs including GMPH, BMPH, crane utilization, berth window adherence, and vessel turnaround time.
Analyze operational data to identify productivity gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
