Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Segment Sales Manager – Water & Environment to lead business development and sales activities across the Water and Environment sector, including water treatment, desalination, wastewater, and water networks .
The role focuses on partnering with water authorities, utilities, and operators to deliver innovative solutions that improve water quality, reduce Non-Revenue Water (NRW), and significantly lower energy consumption in pumping and treatment operations.
Key Responsibilities Drive sales of integrated solutions across the full water lifecycle , from source water management to distribution networks and wastewater treatment.
Promote Industrial Automation solutions for process control, Digital Twin technologies for network modeling, and Digital Energy solutions to improve pumping station efficiency.
Leverage Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions for critical rotating equipment in desalination and treatment plants.
Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with functional safety (TÜV-FSM certified) and regulatory compliance requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within major Water & Environment clients.
