Role Purpose The Regulatory Compliance Officer ensures Kaizen AMS remains fully compliant with all relevant regulatory frameworks while enabling operational teams to function efficiently and strategically.
This role monitors, interprets, and communicates developments in UAE property and utility regulations including RERA, DEWA, municipal/by-law departments, and other authorities and implements compliance programs that prote§ct the organization, support operational excellence, and uphold Kaizen’s commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.
The successful candidate will proactively identify regulatory risks, translate complex regulations into clear operational guidance, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and help embed a culture of compliance across the organization.
Regulatory Intelligence Monitor regulatory authorities (RERA, DEWA, municipalities, and others) for updates and changes Analyze regulatory developments and communicate operational impacts clearly and promptly Compliance & Risk Management Conduct compliance risk assessments and gap analyses Implement corrective actions, controls, and mitigation plans Prepare the organization for audits and regulatory inspections Policy & Process Enhancement Update internal policies, SOPs, and manuals in line with regulatory changes Ensure alignment with ISO standards and Kaizen AMS quality frameworks Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with operations, property management, and legal teams to ensure compliance integration Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities when required Training & Awareness Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs Promote a culture of ethical conduct and regulatory adherence Strategic Advisory Advise leadership on regulatory risks and mitigation strategies Provide actionable compliance insights to support business and operational decisions Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in UAE real estate or property management Strong knowledge of RERA, DEWA, and UAE municipal regulations Experience with compliance audits, risk assessments, and policy development Familiarity with ISO standards is an advantage ARABIC Speakers is a must UAE Driving License + Car Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and interpretation skills Ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and strong ethical standards Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
