JOB DESCRIPTION:

Back Alive is a fast-growing barbershop brand in Dubai with locations in City Walk and Dubai Marina. We're building the tech backbone to scale our franchise — and we need a sharp engineer to help make it happen.

We're looking for a Software Engineer who can vibe with AI-assisted coding tools and ship real products. You'll work directly with the founders to build apps, internal tools, and systems that power our growing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain mobile apps (iOS/Android)

•⁠ ⁠Develop franchise management systems

•⁠ ⁠Create internal tools and automations

•⁠ ⁠Work with AI coding assistants to move fast

•⁠ ⁠Turn ideas into working products

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the team to ship quickly and iterate

REQUIREMENTS:

•⁠ ⁠1-3 years of software development experience

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)

•⁠ ⁠Ability to ship products, not just write code

•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving skills

•⁠ ⁠Good communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated and able to work independently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•⁠ ⁠Experience with React Native or Flutter

•⁠ ⁠Backend experience (Node.js, Python)

•⁠ ⁠Previous startup or small team experience

•⁠ ⁠Portfolio of shipped projects
