Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients presenting with spinal disorders, including detailed medical histories and diagnostic imaging.
Develop personalized treatment plans that may involve surgical and non-surgical interventions to address varying spinal pathologies.
Perform complex spine surgeries, including but not limited to decompression, fusion, and minimally invasive procedures.
Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care, including follow-up evaluations and rehabilitation planning.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, pain management specialists, and other healthcare providers, to ensure patient-centric care.
Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and recovery strategies.
Engage in continuous professional development, keeping abreast of new research, techniques, and advancements in spine surgery.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records and adhere strictly to healthcare regulations and standards.

Completion of a residency program in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.
Board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty, preferably in Spine Surgery.
A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in spine surgery.

Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to devise effective treatment plans.
