We are looking for a committed and skilled Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Consultant to join our healthcare team.
In this influential role, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical disabilities or impairments due to injuries, illnesses, or other medical conditions.
Your expertise will be essential in devising comprehensive rehabilitation plans that are designed to improve patients' quality of life and functional capabilities.
Responsibilities: Conduct detailed assessments of patients to establish rehabilitation needs and develop clear, measurable treatment goals.
Create and implement individualized rehabilitation strategies tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
Educate patients and their families on treatment options, recovery expectations, and self-management techniques.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Engage in clinical research or quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.

O.) from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is required.
Active medical license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
In-depth knowledge of physical disabilities, rehabilitation techniques, and therapeutic modalities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
