Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Manager (Real Estate) is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top-performing professionals across real estate functions, including sales brokers, leasing agents, property management, marketing, and corporate roles.
This role partners closely with leadership to support rapid growth while ensuring compliance with industry and local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities Real Estate Talent Strategy Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans in real estate development, brokerage, and property management Forecast hiring needs for sales agents, brokers, leasing teams, and support functions Understand real estate market trends, commission structures, and agent performance profiles End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for real estate roles, including high-volume broker and agent hiring Source candidates through job portals, referrals, industry networks, and headhunting Conduct interviews focused on sales performance, RERA knowledge, market expertise, and cultural fit Stakeholder & Sales Leadership Partnership Work closely with Sales Directors, Brokerage Managers, and Project Heads to define hiring criteria Advise leadership on compensation structures (basic, commission, incentives) and talent availability Support urgent and ramp-up hiring for new projects and launches Employer Branding & Agent Attraction Strengthen employer branding to attract high-performing real estate agents and sales professionals Organize recruitment events, open days, and broker hiring campaigns Build long-term pipelines of top real estate talent Team Leadership Lead and develop the talent acquisition team and recruiters Set KPIs such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and agent retention Ensure recruitment targets are met within defined timelines and budgets Compliance & Reporting Ensure hiring complies with local labor laws, real estate regulations, and internal policies Coordinate with HR operations for onboarding, visa processing, and broker documentation Prepare recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and workforce analytics Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with proven real estate industry exposure Strong background in hiring real estate brokers, sales executives, leasing agents, and property professionals Experience working in fast-paced, commission-driven environments
