About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for Director to join our ITteam atJumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Define and execute enterprise IT strategy aligned with business objectives, scalability, and security
Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration, automation, and cybersecurity enhancement
Ensure IT governance, regulatory compliance, and data protection standards across all properties
Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, systems availability, and disaster recovery planning
Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and service quality
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with IT teams and senior stakeholders to improve operational performance and user experience
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including 3–4 years in senior leadership roles within luxury hospitality or enterprise IT environments
Proven track record in IT strategy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity governance
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Master’s degree in IT Management or Business Administration (preferred)
Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or equivalent
