Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Facility Management to drive business growth, manage key client relationships, and expand the company’s presence in the UAE FM market. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to hard & soft services sales and corporate client handling. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies for Facility Management services Generate new business through corporate clients, developers, and property managers Handle sales of Hard FM & Soft FM services (MEP, HVAC, cleaning, security, landscaping, etc.) Prepare proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations Build and maintain long-term client relationships Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets Coordinate with operations teams for smooth service delivery Conduct market research and competitor analysis Maintain CRM and sales reports Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field5–8 years of sales experience in Facility Management (UAE experience mandatory) Strong knowledge of FM contracts, AMC, and service-level agreements Proven track record in B2B sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills UAE Driving License preferred Benefits:
