• MetaApplyIE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Direct Sales to drive our inside sales function and accelerate student engagement. 
• The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales leadership, team management, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. 
• This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing sales processes to ensure high conversions and exceptional customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate the inside sales team to meet and exceed student enrollment targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance coaching to the team.
• Monitor sales metrics and performance dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
• Increase student enrollments by improving lead conversion rates and optimizing sales funnels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth lead flow and process alignment.
• Handle escalations, resolve customer issues, and ensure seamless student application experience.
• Ensure efficient CRM usage and accurate documentation of all sales activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to maintain a strong market position.

• Requirements
• 5+ years of inside sales experience, ideally in education, edtech, or study-abroad domains.
• Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion strategy, and pipeline management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational optimization skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and develop sales professionals.
