Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant specializing in off-plan properties to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in off-plan sales, strong developer relationships, and the ability to close high-value deals while delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities:Sell off-plan residential and commercial properties to local and international clients Build and manage a strong portfolio of investors and end-users Advise clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and ROIMaintain up-to-date knowledge of developers, projects, pricing, and payment plans Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project launches Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and transactions in CRM systems Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams Requirements:Minimum 4-5 years of experience in off-plan property sales Strong understanding of the real estate market and investment strategies Proven sales performance with a strong closing ratio Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team Real estate license (preferred, depending on location)
