Role Objective Increase LTV, trading frequency, and user retention. Key Responsibilities· Own lifecycle marketing (email, push, SMS, in-app)· Segment users (VIP, retail, inactive, high-volume)· Develop loyalty, referral, and reactivation programs· Optimize churn reduction strategies
Required Experience· 3–5 years of experience in CRM / Lifecycle Marketing· Crypto / trading app experience preferred Skills· CRM platforms (Braze, Hub Spot, Salesforce)· Data-driven segmentation· Behavioral analytics· Marketing automation
Language· English: Fluent
KPIs· Retention rate· Trading frequency· LTV growth
