The Role We are looking for a Junior Partner Manager who is transitioning from Sales into Partner & Channel Management.
This role is ideal for someone who: Has SaaS sales experience (ideally Salesforce-related) Understands how Salesforce Account Executives operate Wants to move from direct selling into ecosystem & partnership growth You will support the development of relationships inside Salesforce and help drive co-sell opportunities globally.
Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Development Build relationships with Salesforce: Account Executives Sales Associates Industry Specialists Regional Partner Managers Maintain regular communication and visibility Support joint opportunity tracking Pipeline Support Identify co-sell opportunities Assist with account mapping Coordinate introductions between Salesforce sellers and Kompetenza Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals Solution Evangelism Support promotion of: EOR Cloud & EOR Recruit Corporate Services Cloud Business-Ready Salesforce Deliver short enablement sessions Share case studies & use cases Position Kompetenza as an innovation-focused partner Internal Coordination Work closely with delivery & sales teams Ensure partner opportunities are followed up quickly Maintain CRM tracking of partner activity Ideal Candidate Profile Required: 2–5 years experience in SaaS sales or account management Strong understanding of Salesforce sales cycle Experience selling Salesforce solutions or working within Salesforce ecosystem Commercial mindset and relationship-driven personality Highly Preferred: Experience working at Salesforce (Sales / BDR / AE / AM) Experience at a Salesforce partner consultancy Experience with Experience Cloud or vertical Salesforce solutions Who This Role Suits This role is perfect for someone who: Has been in SaaS sales and wants to move into partnerships Enjoys building relationships more than cold selling Understands enterprise deal structures Is ambitious and wants to grow into a Global Partner Director role Growth Path Junior Partner Manager → Partner Manager → Channel Director - 3 years fast track This is a genuine opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role as Kompetenza scales internationally.
