We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and self-motivated Sales & Schools Engagement Executive to join our team in Dubai. This full-time role combines school, corporate, and group sales with presentations and relationship management, offering a varied, rewarding, and high-earning opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day sales activities with schools, corporate clients, and large groups
- Generate your own leads and manage the full sales cycle
- Deliver engaging in-person and online presentations to students, parents, and corporate clients
- Liaise regularly with teachers, school staff, and corporate decision-makers
- Create and manage mailshots and follow-ups
- Monitor transport requirements related to bookings
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for schools, corporate events, and groups
- Update and maintain the company website
- Issue invoices and follow up on payments
- Maintain and update the central customer database
- Support general office administration as required
- Occasional travel to our centre in Ras al Khaimah
Candidate Profile
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
- Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Confident communicator with excellent spoken and written English
- Energetic, engaging, and able to make presentations fun, educational, and professional
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Flexible, with occasional early mornings or evenings
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Own car
- Arabic not required
Salary & Benefits
- Full-time position
- OTE AED12,000 per month (Basic + commission)

Skills
Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales, education, corporate events
- Knowledge of education and/or outdoor adventure is a plus
- Competent in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Comfortable with CRM systems, invoicing, and general admin tasks
- Able to generate own leads and close sales
- Business to Business sale experience or knowledge of school systems
- Established within the UAE for 2 years
