Estimated Salary Range: AED 15-18K per month total cash package + Company Car with fuel and salik paid for by company + Medical Insurance for self + Annual Flight for self + Bonus (performance based, discretionary as per company policy)

About the Opportunity

Representing an international, premium building materials manufacturer in the MEP space; this role is responsible for direct engagement with construction contractors at project level, leading and supporting commercial negotiations, promoting brand awareness and influence, alongside their distribution network activities.

The aim is help achieve growth and expansion across the MENA region; securing projects, building partnerships and driving demand, through solution selling, for the company's building solutions product portfolio.

Required Profile

5+ years experience in MEP sales or building materials sales of a premium product targeted at the construction sector.

Existing relationships with Contractors (main focus), Consultants, Merchants, and Traders in the UAE construction field.

Fluent in English language plus any other languages will be considered advantageous

You must be a go-getter by character, with high energy and enthusiasm for sales and succeeding on a personal and team level.
