Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and departments
- Assist in strategic planning activities, including preparation of plans, reports, and presentations
- Support budget planning and monitoring, track expenses, and prepare financial summaries
- Develop, track, and report on KPIs to support performance measurement and decision-making
- Coordinate tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Manage schedules, meetings, minutes, and official documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow

- Strong general administrative skills
- Experience in strategic planning and coordination
- Knowledge of budget management and basic financial tracking
- Ability to plan, monitor, and report on KPIs
- Excellent task follow-up and organizational skills
- Strong presentation skills with attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
