Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and departments
  • Assist in strategic planning activities, including preparation of plans, reports, and presentations
  • Support budget planning and monitoring, track expenses, and prepare financial summaries
  • Develop, track, and report on KPIs to support performance measurement and decision-making
  • Coordinate tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare professional presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Manage schedules, meetings, minutes, and official documentation
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow


Skills

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong general administrative skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and coordination
  • Knowledge of budget management and basic financial tracking
  • Ability to plan, monitor, and report on KPIs
  • Excellent task follow-up and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation skills with attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
