The Business Development Manager will lead commercial growth and portfolio development across the Levant, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan region. The role focuses on strategic sales execution, channel development, competitive positioning, and driving profitable expansion of the X-ray solutions portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing revenue and margin growth across the Levant regionDeveloping and executing territory-specific sales strategiesSupporting distributors in complex deals and tender processesLeading product commercialization and go-to-market initiativesConducting market quantification and competitive analysisManaging pricing strategy and promotional effectivenessDriving forecast accuracy and contributing to annual operating plansDelivering sales and technical training to channel partners
This role requires frequent travel across the markets.
Profile
Minimum 8 years of experience in medical imaging sales or product managementProven experience managing Levant markets is mandatoryStrong technical understanding of CR, DR, and X-ray systemsDeep knowledge of radiology department workflowsExperience in channel partner development and solution sellingStrong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skillsFluent in English and Arabic, French is a plusHighly organized with strong presentation skills
