We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing & Reservation Executive to manage flight bookings, amendments, cancellations, and travel arrangements for corporate and retail clients. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and customer service standards.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight bookings
Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund tickets
Manage PNR creation and modifications
Check fare rules, airline policies, and visa requirements
Monitor queue management in GDS systems
Operate GDS platforms such as:
Amadeus
Sabre
Galileo
Ensure accurate fare calculation and ticket issuance
Maintain booking records and documentation
👥 Customer Service
Provide travel options and best available fares
Respond to client inquiries via phone/email
Handle schedule changes and airline updates
Resolve ticketing issues and escalate when required
📊 Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers
Maintain daily sales and ticketing reports
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and airline regulations
