Job Details

The Project Analyst supports IT Project Managers in planning, tracking, reporting, and governance of projects.
The role focuses on data accuracy, financial tracking, documentation control, and performance monitoring to ensure projects remain aligned to scope, timeline, and budget.
This is not a delivery owner role.
It is a control, coordination, and insight role.
Key Responsibilities Project Governance & Planning Support Assist in defining scope, milestones, and deliverables documentation Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and action trackers Support baseline creation and schedule updates Ensure documentation is aligned with governance standards Financial & Commercial Tracking Track budget utilisation and forecast variance Validate vendor invoices against approved SOWs Support cost-benefit tracking and business case reporting Monitoring & Reporting Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and SteerCo packs Track KPIs such as milestone adherence, defect leakage, sprint predictability Monitor dependencies and escalate risks to PM Risk & Compliance Support Maintain risk register updates Ensure requirement-to-UAT traceability tracking Support audit documentation and compliance reporting Stakeholder Coordination Follow up with IT, business, and vendor teams for status inputs Ensure updates are captured before governance forums Support meeting minutes and action tracking Experience Required 3–6 years in project coordination or PMO roles Experience in IT or banking transformation projects Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery Financial tracking exposure preferred Max salary: 10,000 AED per month
