About the Job


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager - Brand Strategy to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:


  • Support the Executive Director in shaping and executing Jumeirah Group’s global brand strategy and positioning
  • Lead and manage brand strategy projects across functions, regions, and business units
  • Drive brand-related initiatives including hotel openings, renovations, and repositioning projects
  • Develop and refine brand architecture, identity systems, sub-brand frameworks, and supporting tools
  • Collaborate with PR, marketing, digital, operations, F&B, wellness, design, sales, revenue, Jumeirah ONE, and L&D teams to ensure brand alignment
  • Monitor brand health metrics and consumer insights, manage external agencies, and create presentations, playbooks, and guidelines to ensure consistent brand execution

About You


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 


  • 5–8 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Brand Management or Marketing within luxury or premium sectors, with strong end-to-end project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; Master’s degree in Marketing or an MBA is desirable.
  • Proven ability to execute brand strategies from concept to roll-out, using consumer insights, market trends, and brand measurement to guide decisions
  • Strong critical thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop clear frameworks and impactful visual content
  • Experience working in matrix organisations, influencing stakeholders, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
